When your inbox and your to-do list collide

Many people use their email inbox as a to-do list.  It gets bigger and bigger every day.  You sort it by date, by subject or by sender all in an effort to deal with it.  But no matter what you do your inbox grows and grows as the most important things get lost and you find yourself struggling to keep ahead.

This struggle leads to you not getting the most important things done that day.  The things that you need to accomplish as a business owner that will make your business more profitable, your clients happier and your life easier.

Chaos to Cash Strategy:

Don’t use your inbox as a to-do list.

You’ll end up with an overflowing inbox and a list that doesn’t help you.

Instead, when an email comes in that requires you to act, either act on it immediately, put next steps onto your to-do list, have someone else co it or…delete the message.
