January’s a fascinating month. You go into the year with high expectations and then nothing changes.
I see it so clearly at the gym. At the beginning of January the gym is packed with new people, and people who haven’t been there in a while. Then by the end of the month class sizes have dropped, and most of the “new folks” are gone. Things are back to the way they were.
Does this happen to you?
The most important thing I do to support my own success is a consistent morning routine. It’s simple. It gets me through my day, and allows me to build a business while I enjoy my life.
