A friend of mine from the gym always reminds me that
you can do anything for one minute, and you know what… she’s right.
What’s more is that you can tolerate just about anything for five minutes.
Here’s what I’m going to do… I’m going to spend the next five minutes
writing two emails that I’ve been putting off for weeks.
