Monday Motivator – Who’s on your team?

There are three things I know for sure:

1. You’re really good at what you do or you never would have started a business doing it.
2. Entrepreneurship is hard, and lonely.
3. You can’t do it alone.

For the sake of your sanity, hire someone to help you do the things that you’re not great at or aren’t the things you went into business to do. And find a group of friends or colleagues who get what you’re doing and have your back.
