I remember when I went skydiving.
My heart raced, my breathing was quick, my hands were shaking. I was terrified.

Wait a minute – when I’m excited about something my heart races, my breathing speeds up,
I shake with anticipation. Hmmmmm…..

Right on. It’s must be, has to be our brains that sort out the difference between fear and excitement. Physically they feel exactly the same. Think first, then react. Excellent article.
