Monday Motivator – Want to make a sale?

A salesperson approached me as I was looking at a jar of face cream. Before I even acknowledged her presence, she started going on about the qualities of the moisturizer. My reaction was to put the jar down and tell her I was just looking.

I wonder what my reaction would have been had she come over to me and said, “That’s a great moisturizer. A client of mine uses it and finds that her skin is smoother than it’s been in years.”
