Monday Motivator – Do you do this?

Has someone ever made a promise to you and not followed though?
If they make another promise, do you trust them? Probably not.

What about yourself? Do you make promises to yourself that you don’t follow through on?
Do you trust yourself?

How about you stop.

Carrie – I start out with good intentions – but my to-do list also becomes my way of remembering what I have to do “soon.” Every morning before printing it, I push things I know I won’t get to to another day. Then things happen and it is 10 at night Tuesday and I am just writing you. I planned to respond as soon as I read this on Monday. I couldn’t have a to-do list with just one or two things on it, because some of those things take blocks of time, while others I can fit in around longer tasks. I love the sentiment in “Only put things on your to-do list that you actually do…but I would have to create the list at the end, not the beginning of the day.
