Business owners have lots of decisions to make. Every little thing that happens involves a decision. What will I do? How will I do it? Should I do it or not? When should I do it?
On top of that comes the advice. Your colleague shares his success with a marketing strategy and tells you that you must do it. Another shares her success with a type of product and tells you that it’s the best thing she ever did and you must create something like it. They all say something along the lines of “If I were you I’d…”
In the end you’re left confused and stuck. You don’t know what do to or how to do it and frankly, whether or not you should do it at all.
