Goal Setting Tip for the New Year
It’s 2017, and we find ourselves with a clean slate. My question to you is… what has changed other than the date on the calendar? Not much, huh?
What I’ve come to recognize is that for the most part things change very slowly, often too slowly to even notice on a day-to-day basis. However, when looked upon over time you will see huge shifts. It’s one of the reasons I never liked New Year’s resolutions.
Why should I expect, or even want, instantaneous change? It’s just not the way things work. So here’s what I’m going to suggest you do…
Goal Setting Tip: Pick one thing that you want to change over the upcoming year, and ask yourself on a daily basis what one teeny, tiny step you can take to get closer to it.
